OASys SEER 40 Plus is the worlds most energy efficient air conditioning system. OASys is a technological breakthrough in evaporative cooling. This unit uses less power than a standard 'swamp cooler' while providing the cool dry air you would expect from an 'energy hog' central heating and air conditioning system.
The OASys produces up to 3.5 tons of cooling while using less than 600 watts, for an energy efficiency equivalent to better than 40 SEER. Switching to OASys cooling will result in an 80% energy savings without sacrificing comfort.
OASys air conditioner qualifies for the 30% ARRA tax credit. This means that the ARRA(American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) will pay you for 30% of the cost of this unit. This unit is also eligible for state income tax deductions in many states.

How Does OASys Work?
The heart of OASys is the Indirect Cooling Module (ICM) which first cools incoming fresh air without adding moisture. The air then passes through the Direct Cooling Module (DCM), is cleansed and humidity is optimized. The cooled air enters the space directly or through conventional duct configurations and exits by roof vents.
The small amount of water used in this process is renewed periodically by a self-purging reservoir. This waste water can be used to irrigate landscaping or garden areas. At low speed the system cools, cleans, and circulates air using no more power than a single 100w light bulb.
